BRP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Laval, Quebec, to define and execute recruitment strategy across a transforming organization. You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with HR leaders, and influence hiring decisions while continuously improving processes, tools, and the candidate experience.

In this hybrid role, you will drive workforce planning, optimize sourcing, and implement data-driven solutions to attract top talent across multiple business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams.
  • Experience in a complex, matrixed corporate environment.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (oral and written).

Responsabilités

  • Lead, develop, and engage a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors and Specialists.
  • Advise hiring managers and HR leaders on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
  • Oversee recruitment activities across multiple business units and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Contribute to employer branding and adoption of innovative recruiting technologies.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for defining and executing the recruitment strategy for their assigned business portfolio. In partnership with HR leaders and hiring managers, this individual leads a team of recruiters, ensures hiring objectives are achieved, and contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and the candidate experience. This role combines team leadership, strategic consulting, performance management, and stakeholder influence within a transforming environment.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Team Leadership and Management
  • Lead, develop, and engage a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors and Specialists.
  • Establish team priorities, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure ongoing skills development and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnership
  • Advise hiring managers and HR leaders on recruitment strategies.
  • Influence decisions related to talent attraction, assessment, and selection.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruitment initiatives with organizational needs.
  • Actively participate in workforce planning and strategic growth initiatives.
Recruitment Operations Management
  • Oversee recruitment activities across multiple business units.
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements, hiring timelines, and quality standards.
  • Optimize talent acquisition processes and the use of recruitment tools.
  • Manage external vendors, executive search firms, and sourcing partners when required.
Analytics and Performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity hiring, recruitment costs, and candidate experience.
  • Develop and present dashboards and reports to leadership.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
Employer Branding and Innovation
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Stay informed of market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed corporate environment.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
