Job summary

BRP is seeking a Business Partner, SAP & Finance Systems to advance as a financial-systems analyst, focusing on SAP S/4 HANA. You will join a cross-functional team, learning to deliver state-of-the-art business solutions and training materials for finance processes.

The role emphasizes data migration, process design, testing, and user support as BRP moves toward leading SAP expertise within finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration required.
• CPA certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance systems or SAP environments.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO/SD modules is an asset.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assimilate the financial data model developed by the project team.
• Coordinate validation, mapping, cleansing, conversion, and migration of financial data.
• Participate in financial process design and development workshops.
• Run test scenarios and support user training.
• Develop training materials for financial processes and provide user training.

Job description

We are looking for a Business Partner, SAP & Finance Systems to embark on a career path that will make you an expert financial-systems analyst, predominantly working with SAP S/4 HANA. You will be part of a cross-functional project team that will train you to deliver state-of-the-art business solutions.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

• Assimilate the financial data model developed by the current project team
• Coordinate and perform activities related to the validation, mapping, cleansing, conversion and migration of financial data.
• Participate in financial process design and development workshops.
• Run test scenarios.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions.
• Develop training material related to financial processes.
• Provide training to users.
• Support users after the process has been implemented.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• A bachelor’s degree in administration.
• CPA certified
• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• A strong interest in information systems and technology.
• An ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both verbally and written.
• Knowledge of the FI, CO and SD modules in SAP would be an asset.
• A curious mindset and strong analytical and synthesizing skills.
• Ability to manage several priority files at the same time.
• Skilled at understanding complex situations and change management.
• A desire to learn and an interest in becoming a leading SAP expert within the finance department,
• Versatility and leadership skills.
• Any relevant experience will be considered.
