BRP is seeking a high-impact strategic planning leader to shape and deploy our global manufacturing strategy from Valcourt, QC. You’ll translate long-term ambitions into prioritized roadmaps and actionable plans across operations, finance, and HR.
You will develop a Strategy Centre of Excellence, standardize processes, and train teams to ensure governance. Fluent in English and French, you’ll present to senior leadership and the Board to drive informed decisions.
Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, you will play a key role in defining, deploying, and evolving the global manufacturing strategy. You will work in an international manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with operations, finance, and human resources teams, as well as various manufacturing sites. Your goal will be to translate the organization’s long-term ambitions into concrete priorities, roadmaps, and action plans.
