Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Program Specialist I to manage full lifecycle requisitions, engage with Hiring Managers, and ensure timely, high-quality talent delivery for client programs. You will collaborate across departments to optimize the recruitment flow, maintain data integrity, and report on performance.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, process governance, and proactive coordination with vendors and internal teams to meet client SLAs and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree or applicable experience
• Experience in high-volume coordination environments
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and PC skills
• Customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist client managers during all contract labor lifecycle stages including intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting/interviewing
• Prepare insightful questions for requirement intake to form detailed job descriptions
• Document intake conversations in databases (VMS, AGS360, Salesforce)
• Use reports to monitor open requirements and advise on sourcing strategies
• Define expectations and timelines with hiring managers
• Coach and oversee staffing suppliers
• Document issues and track resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor contract SLA’s, requisition aging, invoicing, and vendor compliance
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with worker assignment changes to improve data integrity
• Coordinate paperwork with managers, vendors, and security
• Close work orders with accurate end reasons and notify relevant departments
• Collect company assets from vendors as needed
• Ensure timely time and expense approvals
• Log inquiries into Salesforce.com
