Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a leading heavy equipment company in Acheson, AB. The role focuses on sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting high-volume hiring. The position is a 3‑month contract with potential to extend and become permanent, on-site with a hybrid option (2 days remote).

Work hours are Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. Candidates should have 3–5 years in TA or recruitment coordination, ATS experience, and strong communication skills to manage

• Min 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR or Staffing.
• Experience in heavy industry talent recruitment is an asset.
• Experience using an ATS is required.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiter prescreens.
• Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
• Conduct outreach and screening calls with candidates.
• Review resumes against job requirements and build pipelines.
• Prepare recruitment materials and postings; update ATS records.
• Support TA Partners with recruitment administration.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Track recruitment activities and follow-up actions.

Job description

Adecco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a leading heavy equipment company in Acheson, AB. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting high-volume hiring activities.

Location: Acheson, AB

Contract: 3 months to start with an high possibility of extension and turn into permanent

Work Arrangement: Mon- Fri, 8 hours a day, 5 days On-site preferred, hybrid option available (2 days remote)

Compensation: $30- $32/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiter prescreens
• Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls
• Review resumes and applications against job requirements
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Prepare and update recruitment materials and job postings
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems
• Support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruitment administration
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment activities and follow-up actions

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Min 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR, or Staffing
• Recruitment experience in heavy Industry like oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, construction or similar industry is an asset.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is must
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars
• Candidate sourcing and recruitment outreach experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
