Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations Team. We offer a hybrid work environment and are looking for someone to join us in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto.

What your team does:

Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to crafting extraordinary human and high-performing teams, believing that the right talent elevates our company. We work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and employees.

Who you are:

This role involves scheduling interviews, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and managing pre-boarding. The ideal candidate will have a high sense of urgency, strong collaboration skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for process improvement and candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
  • Build partnerships with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring partners.
  • Manage background checks, contingent workers, and pre-boarding.
  • Coordinate with Onboarding, IT, and Payroll for smooth onboarding.
  • Communicate internal hiring needs and facilitate internal hiring processes.
  • Resolve TA queries via our ticketing platform.
  • Support hiring events (virtual and in-person).
  • Identify challenges and improve processes.
  • Update the coordination playbook regularly.
  • Maintain data integrity of ATS (Workday) and tracking tools.
  • Represent Clio professionally, aligning with our values.
  • Perform other duties as required.
What you may bring:
  • Experience in people & culture, office administration, or interview coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot regularly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building capacity.
  • Comfort with new technologies and tools.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in tech.
  • Experience with ATS, Slack, Confluence, Google Suite.

The salary range for this role is $62,100 to $84,100 CAD, based on location and experience.
