The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for creating a pipeline of talent for various positions within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will identify and keep in regular contact with passive and active candidates for current and future vacancies in Canada, the United States, and the EU. In conjunction with the Manager, HR, assess candidates’ suitability for specific positions within the organization. Develop and maintain a database of active and passive candidates keeping clear and concise notes of interactions. Act as an Ambassador of Alimentiv and share the organization’s employee value proposition. Enhance our relationship with community employment organizations and institutions. Develop an expert level understanding of specified positions and the industry and share market intelligence (i.e. compensation, LMI, events etc.).
Remote, home-based, full-time limited term (6 months).
