Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative and dynamic team. You will act as trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, guiding end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to hire.

You will build a strong candidate network, manage the interview process, and help clients make informed decisions while aiming to exceed quarterly targets and deliver exceptional service across Canada and the USA.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit across sourcing, interviews and closing in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and implement feedback.
• Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline and communicate it clearly.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with RPO and client relationships.
• Time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Active participation in recruiting team and collaboration.
• Proficient with ATS, MS Office and social media

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management, delivering submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Develop a creative recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related administrative tasks.
