EPIQ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in St-Bruno-de-Montarville, reporting to the Director, Culture & Talent. You will support recruiting across the organization and help strengthen our employer brand.

The role emphasizes sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and close collaboration with hiring managers, with a hybrid schedule offering three days in-office in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using various recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience with BambooHR is considered an asset.
• Dynamic, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsabilités

• Utilize sourcing methods (social media, job boards, direct search, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ skills and fit for open positions.
• Coordinate full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Participate in internal activities and social events to promote teamwork and engagement.
• Support employer branding initiatives on social media and at recruitment events.
• Contribute to development/promotion of the company’s employer brand.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience.
• Perform other related duties as required.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include

What We’re Looking For
