Job summary

Great Canadian Entertainment is hiring at one of its Ontario properties in Belleville. The role focuses on dealing table games for guests, maintaining table security, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

You will support operational teams, handle disputes, and uphold licensing and safety requirements. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years of customer service experience, and a dealer certificate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Dealer Certificate (training provided).
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
• Other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deals card games.
• Maintains the security of the table and its float.
• Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time.
• Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager.
• Verifies chip refills and credits.
• Tidies workstation and pit area.
• Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
• Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members.
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
