Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Certifications in Serving It Right, Proserve or Smart Serve are required/preferred.
Strong mental arithmetic and ability to memorize numbers.
Experience dealing cards is an asset.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Compute wins or losses and settle bets.
Secure cards, chips and cash; verify transactions and monitor table activity.
Maintain game pace and security; escalate disputes to Dealer Supervisor as needed.
