Job description

You are a Systems Coordinator involved in maintaining and developing Jira as a project management tool and QuickBase as a financial management tool supporting multiple departments within Ledcor’s Technical Services division.

You will provide system support, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system enhancements to ensure smooth daily operations and ongoing improvements.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Configure and monitor Jira, QuickBase, and other software systems.
2. Translate user stories into system changes and implement them.
3. Test system configurations for consistency and data integrity.
4. Demonstrate system functionality through live and recorded demos.
5. Investigate and resolve system bugs.
6. Create reports and dashboards for data access.
7. Prepare data sets for import using Excel and Power BI.
8. Address user requests by analyzing problems and proposing solutions.
9. Participate in all scrum ceremonies.
10. Update system documentation and user guides.
11. Create workflow diagrams with Visio.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, business information systems, mathematics, or equivalent experience. Co-op experience is welcome for new grads.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, QuickBase.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience solving problems in complex systems.
• Knowledge of Python, Groovy, SQL is an asset.

Work Conditions:

• This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least once a week.
