Description

You are a Systems Coordinator involved in maintaining and developing Jira as a project management software and QuickBase as a financial management tool supporting multiple departments within Ledcor’s Technical Services division.

You will provide system support, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with enhancements to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement of these systems.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Configure and monitor Jira, QuickBase, and other software systems
• Translate user stories into system changes and implement them
• Test system configurations for consistency and data integrity
• Present system functionalities through live and recorded demos
• Investigate and fix system bugs
• Build reports and dashboards for data access
• Prepare data sets for import using Excel and Power BI
• Address user requests by analyzing problems and providing solutions
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies
• Update system documentation and user guides
• Create workflow diagrams with Visio

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, business information systems, mathematics, or equivalent experience. New grads with co-op experience are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, QuickBase
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Experience solving problems in complex systems
• Knowledge of Python, Groovy, SQL is an asset

Work Conditions:

• This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence at least once per week
