As a Project Manager on our implementation team, you’ll be the connective tissue holding complex software implementations together. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project clarity when things get complex, and directly support clients through their transformation journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and takes pride in delivering on commitments. You’ll work on meaningful projects that impact thousands of employees, helping organizations modernize their benefits administration while building strong client partnerships.
Your day‑to‑day work will involve coordinating implementation activities across Configuration, Data, QA, Product, Development, Integration, and Operations teams—plus client stakeholders. You’ll maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status materials to keep everyone aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables.

$60,000 – $80,000
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
