We are seeking a Systems Analyst who is a strategic and analytic thinker capable of transforming problems into solutions that keep clients coming back. Accurate data monitoring, reporting, and analysis are key to our success. You will guide and craft internal business solutions, ensuring project completion. Your role involves working with IT personnel and stakeholders to ensure technology is implemented correctly and effectively, improving project strategies, developing documentation, and designing training plans. Additionally, you will help tailor customized systems for shipping projects, ensuring smooth processes from design to implementation, and continuously seek system improvements.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Maintain and expand integration offerings through EDI and APIs.
  2. Configure software scope based on stakeholder specifications, collaborating with the programming team to minimize rework.
  3. Develop and model software proof of concepts.
  4. Track and report project activities and progress.
  5. Build SOPs to improve project and implementation strategies.
  6. Design and execute training plans with management.
  7. Support projects and users through go-live.
  8. Support day-to-day business operations.
  9. Monitor and generate potential business opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Position Details:

This is a full-time, permanent, remote position with up to 25% travel. Hours are flexible, with a focus on 8 am to 5 pm. Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in an enterprise software environment.
  • Experience in software/systems implementation, preferably in finance, transportation, or related industries.
  • Ability to travel within Canada.
Assets:
  • Experience with Trimble TruckMate.
  • Proficiency with SQL.
  • Experience with Microdea Synergize, Zendesk, Wrike, Crystal Reports, DOMO.
  • Experience with mapping/visualization software.
