Job summary

DUCA is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain and support its IT systems, ensuring alignment with standards and strategies. The role requires coordinating with the IT team, assisting with project initiatives, and delivering high-availability infrastructure for both Windows and Linux environments.

The candidate will handle AD/Entra ID, backups, security hardening, and incident response while collaborating with Cybersecurity and Vendor teams. Occasional travel to branches is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, and/or ITIL certifications are assets.
• Experience with VMware virtualization, public/hybrid cloud, Windows and Linux servers, patch management, ITSM tools, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain server and endpoint operating systems and applications.
• Manage monitoring, patching, security hardening, and access control.
• Maintain AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, certificates, backups, and DR readiness.
• Provide second-level support and assist with IT infrastructure projects.
