Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking an Intermediate Systems Administrator to support enterprise systems across Canada and the United States. The role focuses on Windows Server environments, AD/Azure AD, M365, virtualization, and cloud security within a Hybrid/Remote Ontario setting.

You will work with Infrastructure leadership on day-to-day operations and strategic projects, including automation, cybersecurity, and modernization efforts. Candidates with hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or IT Operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell or similar).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support virtualization platforms, storage, and backup solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability.
• Plan and implement system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Plan and implement office build or relocation.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot server, cloud, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve problems and implement solutions.
