The Job!

This role involves working with and supporting the Partner, Finance Systems, in maintaining and configuring Finance Systems such as Prophix, Great Plains, Concur, and the future ERP. You will act as the secondary point of contact for system providers, manage accounts, users, and roles, and troubleshoot day-to-day issues. Your responsibilities include:

  • Administer and configure finance systems, primarily Workday ERP, including troubleshooting, access/role management, and business process support.
  • Manage technical requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support data and reporting needs, including legacy systems like MS Dynamics GP, Concur, and Prophix.
  • Guide users on process compliance and proper support channels.
  • Participate in system-related projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.

What you bring to the job

You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness. Additionally, you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field; CPA or PMP certifications are assets.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in system administration, especially with ERP or HCM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel), SharePoint, and SQL reporting tools.
  • Experience with Workday (Finance and HCM modules), MS Dynamics GP, and SAP Concur is preferred.
  • Familiarity with system implementations and projects is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, with a strong ownership mindset.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and customer-first approach.
