Total Experience: 6-8 years

Role Description

1. Collaborate closely with a fast-paced development team to maintain a 99.99% uptime ratio
2. Build a culture of continuous improvement and help embed DevOps practices and agile methodologies
3. Join an on-call schedule to support and perform after-hours maintenance of supported systems and services
4. Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members
5. Collaborate with various Vendor and Technology partners

Required Skill Set:

• 5-7 years of supported Linux operating systems (RedHat)
• 5-7 years supporting IBM Products (WebSphere, IHS, MQ, LDAP, TSM)
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Ansible, Github, Atlassian products)
• Kubernetes/OpenShift experience is a plus
• Strong experience with AWS cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, Cloud Observability)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Problem and Change Management, Configuration and Release Management
• Strong understanding of networking, VMware, and patching
• Experience managing Production, Disaster Recovery, and non-production environments
• Good documentation skills, capable of writing technical procedures and support documents
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and customer-service orientation
• Applied problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Solid teamwork, coaching, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to share knowledge and learn

Desired Skill Set:

• Experience with Dynatrace, ITSM, ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA
