Staffmark is hiring a HR Payroll Administrator in Vista, CA who is ready to join a positive, passionate, and collaborative team. We have partnered with a pioneer of advanced traffic control equipment dedicated to protecting the public, reducing congestion, and promoting urban mobility. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Pay : $25 - $26 / hr. (Depending on experience)

Essential functions :

• Administer weekly payroll, prepare reports, handle wage garnishments, and distribute paychecks.
• Assist with recruiting non-exempt personnel and temporary employees, including writing and placing job ads.
• Administer safety, health, welfare plans, and retirement plans; conduct new hire orientations.
• Reconcile monthly insurance billings, resolve discrepancies, and process benefit election changes in the HRIS system.
• Coordinate and organize training sessions; assist with final paperwork for terminations.
• Serve as lead on the safety committee and coordinate meetings to address safety concerns.
• Support VP of HR with various projects and collaborate with HR Supervisor to manage personnel requisitions.

Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of human resources and / or payroll experience.
