Department of Health in New Brunswick seeks a Project Coordinator to manage CIS program schedules using dynamic forecast scheduling. You will coordinate inputs across workstreams, track milestones and risks, and support reporting and governance processes.

The role requires 2+ years in schedule management within CIS or health transformation projects, bilingual capability, and strong MS Office/JIRA skills. Remote work with occasional travel to NB may be involved.

Competenze

Post-secondary education in a health-related field or equivalent training with CIS/digital health experience.
2+ years of schedule management using dynamic forecasting in CIS or similar.
2+ years coordinating multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams in CIS.
Available to start on or about the date specified in the SOW.
Limit submissions to 2 per vendor.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for the Symbio Project with milestones, dependencies and resources.
Update forecasts to reflect progress, revised estimates, changes and constraints.
Coordinate schedule inputs across workstreams; prepare status reports on milestones, variances, dependencies and risks.
Coordinate project meetings: scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Maintain project documentation and logs; escalate schedule constraints to project leads.
Prepare periodic schedule/coordination reports and track actions, decisions and risks.
