StafinGo is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator – Scheduler (PM2) to support a provincial CIS transformation in New Brunswick. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules, coordinate multi-workstreams, and ensure governance and reporting are consistent across the program.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in CIS/digital health scheduling, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on proficiency with MS Office 365 and JIRA. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with travel to NB.

Competenze

• Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in project schedule management using Dynamic Forecast Scheduling Methodology.
• Experience coordinating CIS or digital health initiatives and multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Apply dynamic forecast scheduling methodology to update timelines and forecast delivery dates.
• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resource availability.
• Identify schedule variances, risks, and potential delivery impacts; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate schedule updates with project managers, stream leads, and stakeholders.
