Teckhorizon Inc is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator Scheduler to support New Brunswick's CIS transformation program. The role focuses on integrated scheduling, forecasting, governance, and stakeholder engagement across clinical and digital health workstreams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CIS project coordination experience, strong Excel/JIRA skills, and the ability to document decisions, risks, and action items. Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Formación

• Post-secondary education in health sciences or related field; CIS/digital health program experience acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years experience in project schedule management using dynamic forecast scheduling in CIS or digital health.
• Minimum 2 years coordinating multiple stakeholder groups, governance committees, and CIS forecasting.
• Proven experience developing integrated schedules and updating forecasts.
• Hands-on experience preparing project reports, meeting docs, action logs, and risk registers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor integrated project schedules using dynamic forecast methods.
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple workstreams with milestones and dependencies.
• Update forecasts based on progress and changes.
• Identify schedule variances and risks affecting delivery.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and action-item follow-ups.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, logs, and registers.
• Produce monthly/quarterly status reports.
• Support governance activities and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with project teams and executives.
• Maintain project information using JIRA and Office 365.
