Job summary

Kibbi au Québec recherche un superviseur de cuisine permanent pour diriger les équipes en cuisine et garantir des plats de qualité ainsi qu’un service efficace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel qui préparent et portions les plats.
  • Former le personnel sur les tâches, l’hygiène et les procédures de sécurité.
  • Estimer les ingrédients et les fournitures nécessaires à la préparation des repas.
  • Recruter du personnel de service alimentaire.
  • Veiller à ce que la nourriture et le service respectent les standards de qualité.
  • Traiter les plaintes ou préoccupations des clients.
  • Préparer et soumettre des rapports.
  • Établir les horaires de travail et superviser l’assemblage et la livraison des repas.
