Alberta Ecotrust Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator located in Alberta to join a small, flexible team focused on emissions-neutral buildings and deep energy retrofits. You will blend event management and administrative expertise to support capacity-building initiatives across the province.

Qualifications

• Formal training or direct experience in event management, capacity building, meeting logistics, or curriculum development.
• Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong aptitude for modern software, data analysis, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, partnership coordination, outreach, and delivery of building-related events, workshops, webinars, and conferences.
• Maintain and grow the ENBIX network with industry professionals, academics, NGOs, and municipal climate teams.
• Promote events and synthesize content into training materials, case studies, podcasts, and social media content.
