ECO Canada is looking for performance-driven individuals to join the Professional Services team.
Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, the successful candidate will support the execution of ECO Canada’s BEAHR (Building Environmental Aboriginal Human Resources) program, while supporting the development and management of new projects and programs. This role requires a business-minded individual who can work autonomously and is confident in developing and pursuing new ideas. The program provides a multi-faceted work experience with a variety of tasks, responsibilities, and stakeholders to support, so a keen sense of priority management and organizational skills to ensure multiple activities can be balanced and executed simultaneously will be key. In addition, this candidate will also be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders and coordinating joint activities internally and externally with Indigenous, government, and industry groups. While each member of ECO Canada has individual responsibilities, we take a team-based approach. Everyone is encouraged to develop and take ownership of his/her ideas and to see them through from concept development to completion, collaborating with key stakeholders as required. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in various areas, including program coordination, stakeholder engagement, project management, proposal writing, and more.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at ECO Canada’s Calgary head office, with a 90-day probationary period upon start date. ECO Canada offers a hybrid work arrangement (minimum of 3 days per week at the Calgary office, with the option to work remotely for the remaining 2 days).
We thank all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
ECO Canada is dedicated to recruiting and retaining employees from diverse backgrounds. By recognizing and valuing a diverse workforce, we are committed to hiring practices that are fair and equitable. ECO Canada will always seek to hire the most qualified candidate for a position based on character, competency, compatibility, and commitment.
