The Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is seeking an Account Manager in Toronto to oversee a large client portfolio, ensure EPR compliance, and maintain high levels of satisfaction. You’ll coordinate contracts, billing, and service delivery while supporting accurate data collection, reporting, and audits.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in account management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or related field (required).
• 2–3 years in account management or a client-facing role.
• 1+ years in sustainability or environmental compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a large portfolio of client accounts, including contracts and billing.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Compliance to meet client needs.
• Learn client industries and understand EPR obligations and regulations.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting and payment processing for clients.
• Audit client data processes and maintain regular client communication.
• Provide training and support to help clients understand requirements.
