Jardeg is recruiting for a Surveyor to work with Technical Workforce Inc. at the Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Calgary, AB. The role follows a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule with local candidates only and may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You will prepare survey reports, maps, and field notes, evaluate sites, interpret drawings, and calibrate equipment. The position requires 3–5 years of construction surveying experience and eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of construction surveying experience.
• Experience on industrial or municipal infrastructure projects is an asset.
• Experience with Trimble robotic total station is a strong asset.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsabilités

• Prepare survey reports, sketches, field notes, and documentation.
• Perform site evaluations, measure water quality parameters and map piping infrastructure.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, site plans, and survey data.
• Inspect water lines, filtration equipment, wells, and reservoirs to ensure operational safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as required.
