Malatest is one of Canada’s leading social research firms, with four offices across the country. We operate three outbound call centers and are currently hiring remote Surveyors. Proficiency in languages such as French, Mandarin, Cantonese (traditional and simplified), German, Korean, Farsi, and Vietnamese is preferred.

Responsibilities:
As a remote surveyor, your main duty is to engage with the public over the phone using client-provided contact information. While not involving selling, strong persuasion skills are valued to encourage participation and gather accurate data. You will ask structured questions, record responses accurately, and handle all information securely according to Malatest standards. Additionally, you will perform data entry tasks, review and validate collected data to ensure it is complete, accurate, and ready for analysis. Excellent verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
