Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a casual Surveillance Casual Security Guard in Fort McMurray, Alberta to adapt to daily mission changes. You will perform patrols, monitor premises, and address threats with agility and precision, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers an hourly wage and opportunities to advance, with GardaWorld covering continuing education costs and providing uniform and transportation where applicable.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification.
• CSO (Common Safety Orientation).
• Clean Driver Abstract.
• Pass a drug test (8-panel).
• Clean shaven for an N95 fit mask.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Address incidents or potential threats quickly.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Control access points and check identification.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
