Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare or related discipline from a recognized and accredited post-secondary institution.
• Minimum 3 years of perioperative surgical services experience in the last 5 years in OR/PACU/day surgery or related environments.
• Progressive healthcare leadership experience in interdisciplinary surgical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational leadership and coordination of perioperative services to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centred care.
• Oversee daily surgical operations, optimize patient flow and resource utilization.
• Support workforce planning, staff development and real-time operational decision-making.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to standards.
