Job summary

Pacific Surgical is seeking a Surgical Product Manager to lead national portfolio strategies from our Vancouver office. You will collaborate with sales and management to advance product lines, build market awareness, and drive customer engagements across hospital and clinic settings.

The role requires a strong OR background and 3+ years in medical device sales or marketing, with excellent communication skills. A bilingual English/French capability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Operating Room (OR) environment or strong OR background/experience.
• 3+ years of impactful experience in medical device sales or marketing with established customer relationships.
• Top-tier verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French is highly preferred.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on customer service.
• Collaborative team player who shares knowledge to hit milestones.
• Strong time-management to juggle multiple high-priority projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of specific product categories and develop high-impact business plans to accelerate sales.
• Drive brand awareness through strategic marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Engage directly with customers at site visits, meetings, and product trials.
• Grow market share by expanding existing accounts and winning new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical personnel and leaders.
