Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a senior sales leader to drive the Microsurgery business in Canada. You will lead strategic account management, coordinate capital equipment opportunities, and ensure revenue growth across Neurosurgery, ENT, Spine, and other specialties.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, RFx management, and robust use of CRM tools. Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in medical device sales leadership, a strong strategic mindset, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree considered an asset.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive medical device or healthcare sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Microsurgery sales activities across Canada.
• Develop executive-level account plans for major customers and institutions.
• Manage RFP/RFQ and public tender opportunities across Canada.
• Forecast and manage pipeline health, revenue and market share growth.
• Travel as required to support key opportunities and client engagements.
