Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Surgical Inpatient Nurse at Eagle Ridge Hospital in Port Moody, BC. You will care for a diverse surgical population, develop acute care skills, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth and to expand surgical nursing experience across postoperative patients.

Qualifications

• RN with current practising registration (BCCNM).
• Ability to perform ABI procedures per Fraser Health requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with interprofessional team.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and collect information to diagnose and plan nursing care.
• Collaborate with patients/families in developing and updating the care plan.
• Coordinate nursing care, prioritize tasks and delegate to support staff.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per Fraser Health standards.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning support.
• Participate in quality improvement, committees, and ongoing learning.
