Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration as an RN with BCCNM.
• RNs performing ABI procedures may require Fraser Health ABI course completion.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care with a focus on nursing diagnosis and interventions.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop and modify care plans.
• Coordinate nursing care, prioritise tasks, and refer to interprofessional team as needed.
• Document assessments and outcomes according to Fraser Health standards.
