Equilibrium seeks accomplished Principal-level leaders to guide Surface Water Management, Mine Environment, Structural Geology, and Mine Waste service lines. You will join a senior leadership team and drive growth, governance, and client engagement across regions, with a strong track record in multidisciplinary mining consulting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
15+ years of industry experience within the area of expertise.
Senior leadership experience with team development and strategic client management.
Experience in multidisciplinary mining consulting teams.
Strong financial governance, reporting, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engagements while engaging key clients and stakeholders.
Define and execute a 3–5 year growth agenda with the Executive Leadership Team.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team through recruitment and mentoring.
Drive business development and expand market presence leveraging existing relationships.
Own the financial performance including profitability, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
Monitor performance and provide reporting to support executive decisions.
