Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, mining, mine waste, tailings, or project delivery.
• Strong technical judgement and leadership with proven project delivery.
• Experience with client relations and cross-functional teams is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations, design, coordination, and delivery of tailings and mine waste projects.
• Oversee technical quality, applying sound engineering judgement and best practices.
• Champion dam safety and spoil inspections, with risk-informed recommendations.
• Provide mentorship and career growth for junior staff.
• Build and manage client relationships and cross-disciplinary collaborations.
