Job summary

Equilibrium, a leading mining and environmental consultancy, seeks principal-level leaders to steer Surface Water Management, Mine Environment, Structural Geology, and Mine Waste service lines. You’ll join a senior leadership team to shape strategy, expand markets, and deliver technical excellence across regions.

You will provide strategic and commercial leadership for your discipline, supported by an executive team, principal consultants, and shared services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience in leadership roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary mining consulting teams.
• Proven ability to grow and manage client relationships and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and commercial leadership for your discipline.
• Oversee governance, QA, and client engagement in collaboration with CTO.
• Define a 3–5 year growth agenda with executive leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team and succession plans.
• Drive business development and market expansion leveraging networks.
• Own P&L and monitor financial performance and reporting.
