Avalon Group is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our Supported Living team as Support Workers in Scarborough. We offer full-time and part-time roles with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

A UK driving license is desirable but not essential, and in-house training helps you develop essential skills for the role. Join a mission-driven team delivering person-centered care, ensuring safety, dignity and independence for those we support.

We’re Growing in Scarborough!

Join our expanding Supported Living team in Scarborough! We’re looking for caring and compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team within the Scarborough area. We have full-time & part-time opportunities available.

Flexibility is key for this role as our shifts are varied, meaning you may be required to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. You will need to be able to reliably travel to the service, so a full UK Driving License is desirable, although not essential!
