Job summary

Choice Support is seeking full-time Mental Health Support Workers in Basildon, Essex. You will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, promoting independence and recovery.

Training is provided, and involvement in daily activities and records is required. Shifts are 39 hours per week across early and late patterns, with a guaranteed interview for candidates declaring a disability.

We are looking for full time mental health support workers to join our dedicated team in Basildon Essex. For this role you will provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, promoting independence, wellbeing, and recovery. Support daily living activities, such as shopping, trips to the cinema or going for a nice walk. You will maintain accurate records, administer medication in line with policy, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Hours

We have 2 full time positions available, 39 hours per week.

Regular Shift Patterns

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 14:00 - 21:30
• Sleep 21:30 until 07:00

This service is located in Basildon, Essex and has free private parking available.
