Rentokil-Terminix Canada is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support commercial and residential clients. You will manage work orders, assist the sales team on RFPs, and handle invoicing and contract documentation in a hybrid role based at Concord, ON.

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree or college diploma, excellent communication skills, and a team-focused attitude. Training is provided, with comprehensive benefits and performance-based incentives.

Aufgaben

• Manage portal activities: receive and close work orders, dispatch as needed.
• Support Sales on RFPs and related proposals.
• Operate Pest Pac system: scheduling, accounts, recurring setups.
• Reschedule services and consolidate invoice setups.
• Organize and store contract files in client folders.
• Review completed orders and forward invoices for payment.
• Follow up with Operations to obtain missing reports.
• Address invoicing corrections or inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Assist with accounts receivable for national accounts.

This role supports our commercial and residential customers while providing World Class customer service.

Role Designation: Hybrid (3 days/week)

Location: 99 Locke Street, Unit #1, Concord ON L4K 0J2

Salary: $45,700 annually

Job Responsibilities

• Various portal management, including receiving and closing work orders and dispatching as appropriate
• Supporting Sales Team on RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
• Pest Pac (internal system) management, including scheduling, creating accounts and managing recurring set-ups
• Re-scheduling any services that may not have been completed
• Creating consolidated invoice set ups
• Organizing and storing all associated contract files in one consolidated client folder
• Creating consolidated invoice set ups as per Province
• Reviewing all completed orders in branches and sending invoices to respective contacts for payment
• Following-up with Operations Mangers to gather any missing service reports
• Responding to any invoicing corrections, disputes or inquiries
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
• Assist with A/R for the National accounts

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or College diploma from any related field
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communications
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience working with RFPs (Requests for Proposals) preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
