Rentokil-Terminix Canada is seeking a field exterminator to inspect properties, apply treatments, and advise clients on preventing pest infestations. The role includes documenting visits and performing related duties on a recurring schedule.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and time management skills. Company benefits include paid training and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Structural Exterminator License - preferred, but not required.
• Valid Driver's license / clean driving record.
• The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience; proof will be required upon hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A successful criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Inspecting the inside and periphery of properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation source, extent of damage, and access to infested locations.
• Preparing and applying product on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayer and setting traps as per regulatory guidelines
• Offering recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestation.
• Studying preliminary reports of infested area and determining the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
• Ensuring all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.
• Performing other duties as required

Budgeted Salary: $40,000-$46,000 Annually

Requirements
