Job summary

Rentokil-Terminix Canada is seeking a hybrid administrative role to support our commercial and residential customers with world-class service. The position involves portal management, invoicing, and assisting the sales team on RFPs from our Concord, Ontario location.

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree or college diploma and strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. The role requires a team player attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or College diploma from any related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communications.

• Previous experience working with RFPs preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Portal management: receiving and closing work orders and dispatching as appropriate.
• Support Sales Team on RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
• Manage Pest Pac (internal system): scheduling, creating accounts, managing recurring set-ups.
• Reschedule services as needed.
• Create consolidated invoice setups.
• Organize and store all contract files in a consolidated client folder.
• Create consolidated invoice setups as per Province.
• Review completed orders in branches and send invoices to contacts for payment.
• Follow up with Operations Managers for missing service reports.
• Respond to invoicing corrections, disputes or inquiries.
• Assist with A/R for National accounts.

This role supports our commercial and residential customers while providing World Class customer service.

Role Designation: Hybrid (3 days/week)

Location: 99 Locke Street, Unit #1, Concord ON L4K 0J2

Salary: $45,700 annually

Job Responsibilities

• Various portal management, including receiving and closing work orders and dispatching as appropriate
• Supporting Sales Team on RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
• Pest Pac (internal system) management, including scheduling, creating accounts and managing recurring set-ups
• Re-scheduling any services that may not have been completed
• Creating consolidated invoice set ups
• Organizing and storing all associated contract files in one consolidated client folder
• Creating consolidated invoice set ups as per Province
• Reviewing all completed orders in branches and sending invoices to respective contacts for payment
• Following-up with Operations Mangers to gather any missing service reports
• Responding to any invoicing corrections, disputes or inquiries
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
• Assist with A/R for the National accounts
