Minimum Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience with Linux OS (Command line) - Mandatory
2. Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 routing, switches, Wireshark/tcpdump) and hands-on network diagnostics skills
3. Familiarity with video over IP networks: switching and routing protocols, Multicast/unicast, VLANs
4. Understanding of HTTP traffic and protocols for video delivery and troubleshooting HTTP communications
5. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define SDK requirements and architecture
6. Knowledge of IPTV/OTT middleware and client operation is an advantage
7. Knowledge of Cloud environments & deployments, operation, and administration (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.)
8. Good knowledge of common cloud software components including but not limited to: Containerization, Elasticsearch, Postman
9. Ability to script using Helm charts, Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
10. Understanding of JSON and YAML for configuration and data interchange
11. Knowledge of Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus
12. Experience in deploying and upgrading customer systems based on existing procedures
13. Scripting experience in Shell, Python, Perl, etc. is an advantage
14. Proven troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues
15. Experience working in a high-profile 24/7 production environment
16. Ability to drive customer calls, participate in daily scrum meetings, etc.
