Compass Early Learning and Care is seeking a Supply Educator in Lindsay to engage with children across 42 licensed programs. You will pick up shifts through Smart Find Express, with a minimum of 2 shifts per month.

Program hours run 6:30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, offering flexible scheduling in a collaborative team. You will support emergent curriculum, build family connections, and document learning while ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Competenze

Familiarity with the Child Care Early Years Act and licensing standards.
Experience working or volunteering with children and youth.
Training and documents required to work in a childcare setting.
Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid/CPR Level C, up-to-date immunizations.
Registration with teaching college or credentials in a related field.
