Alberta Health Services, Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, is seeking a Supply Coordinator for the Cath Lab & Cardiology Diagnostics. You will support safe, efficient operation by procuring high-cost consumables and critical supplies, initiating orders, tracking inventory, and coordinating repairs and loaner devices.

This Regular Full Time role offers day shifts in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, with a base salary in the posted range and a strong emphasis on compliance, record-keeping, and patient

The Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre (RDRHC) is the only regional referral centre for Central Zone, providing specialized healthcare services to more than 450,000 people across Central Alberta—stretching from Drumheller to Two Hills, and from the Saskatchewan border to the Rocky Mountains. RDRHC is entering an exciting period of major redevelopment, including 200 additional inpatient beds (for a total of 570), six new operating rooms, and two state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Labs! With the opening of the new, state-of-the-art Cardiac Cath Labs, there will be expanded access to cardiovascular care for patients across the Central Zone. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering faster diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of heart and vascular conditions! Working under the general direction of the Unit Manager for Cardiac Cath Lab, the Supply Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the safe, efficient, and consistent operation of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. The Supply Coordinator ensures that all high‑cost consumables, specialty equipment, and critical supplies required for cardiac procedures are available, tracked, maintained, and procured in alignment with AHS policies and procurement standards.

Description:

As a Supply Coordinator, you will be required to perform numerous duties related to customer service and supply distribution functions. In this role you will initiate orders, track medical surgical supplies and equipment, track transactions, monitor inventory levels, manage repairs and loaner devices, and ensure that supplies are available for optimum patient care. You will also be responsible for inventory counts, record keeping, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, operating room, or other procedural environment.
