Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst

Job description

The primary purpose of the Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst is to support the B2B and B2C business with the right amount of inventory, at the right time, at the right place to serve the business and our customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and vendor partners, is essential to ensure seamless operations and achieve inventory goals.

Specifically, You Will:

1. Monitor and manage inventory levels for both domestic and import products.
2. Work towards achieving budgetary constraints while ensuring optimal in-stock and fill-rates.
3. Achieve turns targets to optimize product flow and reduce carrying costs.
4. Implement strategies to reduce excess stock, minimize stockouts and improve overall inventory turns.
5. Continually monitor and improve forecast accuracy, taking into account seasonality and promotional activity.
6. Build and execute replenishment plans to support product transitions and new programs.
7. Utilize analytical tools and data to make informed decisions about inventory replenishment.

Some of what you need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred.
2. Familiarity with domestic and import supply chain processes.
3. Proven experience in supply chain replenishment or inventory management.
4. Experience with business intelligence/decision support software.
5. Proficiency in using supply chain replenishment/management software and analytical tools.
