Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Manager, Business Process in North Vancouver. You own the design, improvement, and governance of supply chain planning processes, turning complexity into clear, scalable workflows and leading workshops to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in business process, process improvement, or relevant supply chain roles.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain operations, process optimization methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement frameworks.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and BPM tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and workshop leadership skills.
• Experience leading change management efforts across functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process design workshops to map current and future-state workflows across supply chain planning functions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead the implementation of process changes, defining roles and driving cross-functional adoption.
• Monitor process performance metrics and escalate risks or deviations to stakeholders.
