SCL Search Consultants Ltd. in Toronto seeks a Manager, Supply Chain to lead planning and logistics for a growing e-commerce distributor. This remote role requires occasional GTA meetings and a hands-on leader capable of driving inventory optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage demand planning, replenishment and 3PL partnerships, while advancing S&OP and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

Job description

We have an immediate need for a MANAGER, SUPPLY CHAIN for a successful and growing e-commerce distributor in Toronto. The company has a well established brand and is growing quickly, despite the current turmoil in Canada-US trade relations. We need a strong, hands-on supply chain professional with experience leading teams in both planning and logistics. *** The job is remote, but there will be team meetings in the GTA on a semi-regular basis, so we require someone residing in southern Ontario.

We require experience implementing S&OP and proven ability to manage change within an e-commerce or omnichannel distribution environment. This role oversees a broad range of supply chain planning responsibilities with a focus on inventory optimization, demand planning and replenishment. The role is also responsible for logistics, managing strategic relationships with 3PL partners (both transportation and distribution).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory planning and forecasting with a high SKU count.
• Specific experience with sales and operations planning (S&OP), creating and implementing new supply planning processes.
• Experience leading a team of 3 or more planners / analysts.
• Post-Secondary Education is required. SCMP or CPIM an asset.
• Advanced analytical skills, including Excel and/or Google Sheets. Other tools such as Python and AI would be an asset.
• Must have excellent communication skills, able to manage vendor relationships and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to build inter-departmental collaboration across the organization.

SALARY RANGE:

$105,000 – $125,000 plus bonus and benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
