Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to support production and sales targets.
  2. Procurement & Vendor Management:
    • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
    • Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely material and product delivery.
  3. Inventory & Logistics:
    • Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
    • Coordinate logistics and distribution efforts to ensure efficient product delivery.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team.
  6. Risk Management & Compliance:
    • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
    • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Proven track record in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationship management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
